SINGLE LOFT
Our free-standing single loft is the best choice for students who have
private dorm rooms, or for those students who want a loft while their
roomate does not.
The cost of a single loft with built-in ladder is $185
The price for safety Rails are $15 per bed
1st and 6th floors in Wilson, Wonders,
Holden and Akers hall have extra high ceilings. If you would like the
loft built to its maximum height there will be an additional charge of
$10 per safety rail ($25 total per rail) for additional labor and
material required. This will be charged at the time of your build and
may change your total amount due.
The price for an Extra Ladder is $25
