L - LOFT
MSU's most popular loft. Many students like the L-shaped loft arrangement designed for two people. A unique feature of this loft is the shelf at the junction of the beds, which provides space for alarm clocks, books and other night-stand objects. Due to the different sizes of MSU's dorm rooms, you may have a gap up to 10" between the shelf and window side bed.
The price of an L-loft w/ladder is $330
The price for safety Rails are $15 per rail, 2 for $30 or 3 rails for $40 (The third rail would be placed on the window side of one bed)
The price for an Extra Ladder is $25
