1.  Is Rock Custom Decks a licensed and insured building company? Yes. We will provide a copy of our updated license and certificate of insurance upon request.

2.  How do I obtain an estimate from Rock Custom Decks? Call or e-mail Rock Custom Decks and we will set up a convenient time for a free in home estimate.

3.  Who designs the deck? The professionals at Rock Custom Decks will design a custom built deck based on our experience and your ideas.

4.  Does Rock Custom Decks provide references? Yes, our company provides an extensive list of satisfied customers, whom we strongly encourage you to contact.

5.  Is a permit required? It is Rock Custom Decks policy to pull all necessary permits according to local zoning and planning.

6.  Who is going to physically do the work? The professionals at Rock Custom Decks will perform all construction related tasks.

7.  How long will the project take? On average 3-10 business days. It is our policy at Rock Custom Decks to stay on your project until completion before starting additional projects.

8.  Who is responsible for cleanup? Rock Custom Decks will perform all necessary cleanup. We never leave messy yards, only a beautiful outdoor structure.

9.  How much of a deposit do you require? On average about 10% is needed upfront, followed by a 50% draw on the first work day. The remaining payment is due upon completion.

10.  Does Rock Custom Decks provide a warranty? Yes. We provide a warranty on all workmanship for 36 months under normal usage. Material warranties are dependent on the individual manufacturer.
